The kit that has shaped my personal development throughout my Ultimate career — every item used, tested and recommended personally.
I have put together a list of items that have shaped my personal development throughout my Ultimate career. I highly recommend each item as I have used them personally and on many occasions has helped me to make small or large jumps in my development.
I will continue to add as I see fit — for the meantime this is very solid, but feel free to experiment outside of this list.

Deeper, longer sleep — the foundation everything else is built on.
Great for sleep and general recovery — go easy on your first couple of sprays as this will genuinely put you to sleep. Getting deeper, longer sleep will help you recover better, solidifying any gains and preventing injuries. If your recovery protocol is stronger then you can push yourself more.

Warmup kit you can use at home, any day of the week.
The same bands we use for warmups. Aim to do our warmup daily in your own time — practising the technique of movements at low resistance will help you get stronger for our warmups.

Muscle recovery and knot removal — myofascial release. Dave's pick.
Great for muscle recovery and removing knots, aka myofascial release. This comes highly recommended from Dave — he has more than 10 years experience training Ultimate players and knows the exact high quality equipment that works well. Whether you pick the travel or extended size, both are exceptionally good massage rollers.

Clean protein that genuinely tastes good — find your flavour first.
This is hands down the nicest and cleanest protein powder I have ever consumed. Your dietary needs are body type dependent (Ectomorph, Endomorph or Mesomorph) but having additional protein is needed to notice the gains from daily exercise. Once you've found your favourite flavours from the taster kit you can buy bigger packs.

Neural health, muscle recovery, and far less downtime between sets.
Great for general well being including neural health and muscle recovery. Creatine allows more water to be held in the muscles — during high intensity exercise your muscles readily absorb this and allow you to continue exercising with very little downtime between sets.

Massively underrated at mid-elite level — trains both anaerobic and aerobic capacity.
A highly underrated area of training that goes amiss at most of the mid-elite level. Most top football players use this, especially Cristiano Ronaldo — although he uses a slightly different one. In general this is a great piece of kit to improve anaerobic and aerobic ability, with each being key to Ultimate, especially when sprinting at max capacity or running at a lower capacity in a zone or clearing space.
